How does pickup work?

We offer white glove delivery for our Signature Boards within 20 miles of our shared commercial kitchen warehouse space (we deliver Graze Tables up to 80 miles away). Click here to learn all about delivery.

How big are the portions?
Each product page has a serving size estimate. These serving size recommendations are for appetizers. Consider sizing up if you’d like to enjoy as your main meal.

What types of cheeses do you usually include on the board?
Some cheeses that we typically include are Brie, Cheddar, and Gouda. We shy away from adding anything unique like Blue Cheese unless requested. We try and create a flavor profile with each board that compliments a variety of different taste palettes. We keep in mind that every customer might not be a cheese expert.

How long does my order stay fresh?
We guarantee day-of freshness for your RVA Cheese Girl creations; however, many customers lengthen the life of their food with refrigeration with no complaints.

Do you offer dietary alternatives?
We work to accommodate as many restrictions as we can. Please share your dietary restrictions with us in the "dietary restrictions" checkbox menu on applicable product pages. We will do our best to accommodate you, and if for whatever reason we are unable to meet your desired accommodation(s) we will let you know as soon as possible.

Can you guarantee the quality of your boards?
RVA Cheese Girl is committed to offering you the highest quality product. All food is prepped and stored to FDA and Virginia food code standards out of a commercial kitchen space. Our operation has been inspected and approved by the Virginia Health Department. We are a licensed to do business in Richmond as well as the state of Virginia. All boards are prepped with single-use gloves and with a mask. You can rest assured that when you order from RVA Cheese Girl we have taken every measure possible to ensure you are receiving the highest quality product without compromising any safety protocol.
